Bag Betty Terms of Service

Welcome to Bag Betty! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bag Betty mobile game, website at www.bagbetty.com, and any related services operated by Allie Tech Media LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using our game or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bag Betty. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using the service, you confirm that:
- You meet the minimum age requirement,
- You agree to these Terms, and
- You have not previously been banned from the platform.
2. User Accounts
Some features may require creating a user account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information,
- Keep your login credentials secure,
- Not share your account or impersonate others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Virtual Currency, Purchases, Promo Codes, and Referrals
Bag Betty uses virtual currencies, including Bag Bucks and Purse Points.
You acknowledge that:
- Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value,
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law,
- Items and currency are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or gifted,
- We may change, remove, or rebalance virtual items or currencies at any time.
Subscriptions (e.g., the Bag Betty Insider Club) renew automatically unless canceled in your app store account settings.
Promo Codes and Referral Programs
From time to time, we may offer:
- Promo codes that grant in-game currency, items, or bonuses;
- Referral programs where you and a referred player can earn in-game rewards when the referred player signs up and meets eligibility criteria.
These programs are optional, promotional in nature, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
By participating, you agree that:
- Codes may be single-use or limited-time;
- Referral rewards are not guaranteed and may be subject to verification or limitations;
- Lost, expired, or stolen codes will not be replaced or reissued;
- Rewards have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.
We reserve the right to:
- Deny or revoke promo code usage or referral rewards at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse);
- Place limits on the number of times codes may be used or shared;
- Modify the reward structure or eligibility rules without notice.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools,
- Harass, bully, or abuse other players,
- Upload or share illegal, offensive, or infringing content,
- Attempt to access accounts or data you’re not authorized to access,
- Use the service for any commercial purpose without permission.
We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
5. User-Generated Content
Some features may allow you to create or share content (e.g., bag collections, closet screenshots, comments).
You grant Bag Betty a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for promotional and in-game purposes.
You agree that:
- You own or have rights to any content you submit,
- Your content does not infringe on anyone else’s rights.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the game and on the site—including art, graphics, bag designs, logos, text, music, and software—is owned by Allie Tech Media LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the game or site without our express written permission.
7. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the game or website at any time, with or without notice.
We are not liable for:
- Downtime, data loss, or gameplay interruptions,
- Bugs or errors (though we strive to fix them promptly),
- Inability to access features due to outdated devices or OS.
8. Termination
You may stop using Bag Betty at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or engage in abusive behavior.
Termination may result in the loss of your virtual items, account progress, and access to premium content. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
9. Disclaimers
Bag Betty is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not responsible for:
- Loss of progress due to technical issues,
- User-generated content,
- Actions of third-party service providers.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Allie Tech Media LLC will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
- Loss of data, virtual items, or account access,
- Unauthorized access to your account.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, unless otherwise required by law. You waive the right to a class action or jury trial.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
If you continue using the game or site after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.

iOS Users
You agree to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not responsible for support or claims related to the app.
Android Users
You agree to Google Play’s terms of service. Google is not responsible for app support or compliance issues.
